Internet Service Details:

Services offered where available. Many factors can affect speeds, which vary and are not guaranteed. WiFi speeds will be lower. A one-time installation fee of $49.95 is required for 1 Gig, 750 Mbps, 350 Mbps and 200 Mbps. All internet plans include unlimited data in compliance with our acceptable use policy.

TV Service Details:

• TV: Services offered where available. Regulatory and taxes are not included in the package rate.
• TVEverywhere: Must be a Ritter TV customer to access TV Everywhere. Available channels are based on customer’s current TV package.

Phone Service Details:

Services offered where available. Bundles do not include Unlimited Long Distance. Additional minutes over the included package are $0.06 per minute in Arkansas and $0.10 per minute in Tennessee. Customer must purchase Ritter Communications long distance service per the terms of applicable tariffs. The Unlimited Long Distance plan is for typical domestic residential voice usage only, and cannot be used for any purpose inconsistent with residential service. Other restrictions apply. Gift Card Details:

Promotion offers valid for new Ritter Communications customers only. Account must be in good standing for 5 consecutive payments in order to receive the gift card. Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of card. Must maintain active internet services for 5 consecutive months with no returned payments and no suspended or disconnected services. Limit one per customer/household. Offer is non-transferable and must be mentioned at time of sale in order to receive. Information will be provided to third parties as necessary for card issuance, activation, and processing. Other terms, conditions & restrictions may apply.
