Lifeline is a program that provides low income internet and phone to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities connected services bring. Including the availability to connect to jobs, family and emergency personnel.
Do You Qualify for Low Income Internet & Phone?
You may qualify for the Lifeline program if you receive assistance from entities including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), Veterans Pension or Survivors Pension, additional eligibility programs for Tribal lands, or your income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guideline AND you live in any of the following towns:

North Central Arkansas
- Alpena

- Everton (only for households with 870-429 phone numbers)

What Happens After I Apply?
To get started, you must apply online or complete a worksheet and application and mail it to the address on the form. DO NOT mail the application to Ritter Communications. The application must be mailed to the Lifeline administrator. Click below to download the appropriate paperwork.
