RITTER COMMUNICATIONS AWARDED $3.8 MILLION FOR BROADBAND EXPANSION PROJECTS IN WESTERN SHELBY COUNTY
JONESBORO, Ark. (September 20, 2022) – Ritter Communications, the largest privately held telecommunications provider serving exclusively the Mid-South, has been awarded a $3.8 million grant from the Tennessee Emergency Broadband Fund – American Rescue Plan (TEBF-ARP) to bring their high-speed 100% fiber internet services to communities in western Shelby County. Ritter Communications will use this grant to upgrade their high-quality broadband services to residents in the Northaven, Locke, Cuba, Shelby Forest and West Union communities.

Additionally, this month Ritter Communications is completing a $14 million major network upgrade in 40 communities in West Tennessee and Northeast Arkansas.
