Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Select online bill pay
  2. Go to the billing site
  3. Create a new account by clicking "Register Here"
  4. You must have your most recent invoice so you can complete the fields
  5. Enter your information and register
  6. Check your email and activate your account by clicking the link and signing in.
  7. Go to settings - general
  8. Click to sign up for Web Bill only
  9. Click "change preference"
